How do I know the course is right for me and my staff?
Contact us at Learn to Care when you have identified the courses that interest you. We will have a chat about your needs and tailor the session to suit your type of service i.e. home care, nursing home etc.
What if I only have a small number of staff who need training?
You can book the entire session for your organisation or we can invite your staff to a local group session to join with other local care providers. This way you can share the cost but the number of places available will be limited. You can pay a fee for the whole session or pay per person, whichever suits you.
Where are sessions held?
Most sessions are held in the Warrington/Cheshire area, although we will travel if you wish and this may incur an additional cost depending on the distance. We can attend a venue of your choice if you are hosting the entire session, or arrange a venue if it is a shared session. There is no additional charge for sessions taking place at a shared venue.
If you have any further questions please drop us an email and we will be very happy to help, either by email or have a chat over the phone.

6 Steps to Success in End of Life Care change management programme – consists of 8 sessions over a period to be agreed i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly and includes tasks to be completed in between sessions.
All courses are half day unless otherwise stated.
Please contact us at pamelaeducation@gmail.com or call if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Find the course(s) you are interested in and drop us an email. We will be in touch for a chat to ensure the course has the correct content and is pitched at the right level for your needs.
You can choose whether you want to host the whole course (usually 10 people) or only book a few places. We offer bespoke courses for your organisation only or courses for mixed groups from various local organisations which means you can share the costs. If you choose a shared session you will only be offered up to 5 places.
Courses are usually held in the Warrington/Cheshire area and we can either host them on your behalf or in a setting of your choice. If we arrange the location this will be included in your fee. We can travel further afield if you wish but this may incur extra costs.
In most circumstances where there is a valid reason for cancelling there will be no cancellation fee. In certain circumstances, however, where costs have been incurred by Learn to Care such as last minute cancellation for a course requiring long distance travel costs, the booking organisation will still be responsible for these costs. Where course nominees do not attend without prior notice, their fees are non-refundable.
